Today is National Sickness Awareness Day, an initiative of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA).

To celebrate, the AP and ADA have partnered to create a series of articles about what you can and can’t do to help combat the health problems that keep millions of Americans sick.

The articles below will be updated daily throughout the week to reflect the latest research and to highlight the importance of being healthy.

But first, a quick note about what this article is not: The purpose of this article isn’t to teach you how to avoid or prevent diseases.

It’s simply to share some of the most important things that people need to know about how to be healthy.

As we age, our bodies become more susceptible to infections and other illnesses.

These illnesses can lead to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, depression, and anxiety.

To combat these conditions, we need to be as healthy as possible.

The key is to be able to take care of yourself and your family and to be actively participating in your community.

You should also be able find help from a doctor or healthcare professional who is knowledgeable about your symptoms and can help you get the care you need.

In addition, to help you avoid or minimize the symptoms of any medical condition, the CDC has created the Healthy Habits Index (HBI).

The HBI is a list of 7 key things you can do to improve your health: eat a variety of foods, exercise regularly, and drink plenty of fluids.

If you can manage these, you can be less likely to get sick.

Don’t eat anything you can’t stomach, drink water or a small amount of liquid in your meals, and keep your blood pressure and cholesterol levels under control.

And if you have a medical condition that makes you more vulnerable to infection or other illnesses, it’s important to take steps to protect yourself from these illnesses and prevent them.

Keep a diary of the times you are sick, the symptoms you experience, and how much you exercise each day.

You can track your progress on the Healthy Lifestyle Index (HLI), a website that provides the most up-to-date information about lifestyle, diet, and other health conditions.
